Questions, answered
Short version: see it, hold it with a 10% deposit, pay the rest in person, take it home.
How do I reserve a piece?
Tap Hold this piece on the item page and leave your name and phone number. That sends us a request — it does not lock the piece. We call you, answer any questions, and the hold is confirmed once we've spoken and the 10% deposit is received. Cash, Zelle or card at the warehouse.
How much is the deposit, and what does it do?
10% of the price — the exact amount is shown on every item page. It holds the piece exclusively for you and counts toward the final price. We agree a pickup or delivery date when we take it.
Is the deposit refundable?
Ask when we call, before you pay it — we'll tell you plainly. A hold that isn't collected by the agreed date can be released to the next buyer.
An item says "Reserved." Can I still get it?
Possibly. Reserved means another customer's hold is in progress. Use Ask to be next on the item page; if their deposit doesn't arrive, we call you.
How do I pay?
In person at the Duluth warehouse: cash, Zelle, or our card reader. We don't take checks, and nothing is paid online. The deposit holds the piece; the balance is due at pickup or before delivery.
Can I see it before I commit?
Yes — that's the point of the warehouse. Everything on the site is on the floor. Come in, sit on it, measure it. If you're driving a long way, check the item page first in case it went on hold that morning.
Pickup or delivery?
Either. Pick up at the warehouse during open hours with a valid ID and the name on the hold. Local delivery around metro Atlanta is available on most pieces — we quote it when we call and schedule once the deposit is in. We don't ship.
What condition are the pieces in?
Each listing shows a condition grade — New, Like new, Good or Fair — and a note on anything worth knowing, with photos of it. Every piece is sold as shown: what you see in the photos and on the floor is exactly what you get.
What are the "styled rendering" images?
Some listings include computer-generated room scenes built from our own photo of the piece, to help you picture it in a space. They're labelled as renderings. The real photographs come first in every gallery and are what you should judge the piece by.
Do you take returns?
Because every piece is one of one and sold as shown, we encourage inspecting in person before you pay the balance. If a delivered piece arrives with damage that wasn't disclosed, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Is this the same seller as on Facebook Marketplace?
Yes. Most pieces are listed in both places, and the item page links to the Marketplace listing where one exists. Holding a piece here or messaging us there ends the same way — a phone call and a deposit in person.
Do you have more than one of anything?
No. Each listing is a single physical piece. Two colours of the same ottoman are two listings. When it's sold, it's gone — the "Recently sold" section shows what moved.
