How it works · Delivery

Furniture pickup and delivery across metro Atlanta

Short answer

  • Two ways to get a piece home from our Duluth warehouse: collect it yourself, or book local delivery.
  • Local delivery covers metro Atlanta and is quoted per piece, on the phone, before you commit. It is not a flat fee, because a dining chair to Berkeley Lake and a sectional up two flights in Alpharetta are not the same job.
  • Delivery is scheduled once the deposit is in, not before.
  • We do not ship. Everything is collected or delivered locally, which is the trade for the prices.

Getting the piece home is the part of a warehouse purchase people think about last and should think about first. Here is exactly how it works, what it costs and what we need from you.

Where we are

The warehouse is at 2865 North Berkeley Rd, Duluth, GA 30097, in Gwinnett County, just off the Peachtree Industrial corridor. Everything listed on the site is physically on that floor — there is no separate fulfilment centre and nothing is drop-shipped.

Option 1 — collect it yourself

Free, immediate, and the right choice for anything that fits your vehicle. You collect during open hours with photo ID and the name the piece is held under. We help you load; the vehicle, the straps and the muscle at your end are yours to arrange.

What to bring, which vehicle carries what, and how to load a sofa without wrecking it: the pickup guide.

Option 2 — local delivery

Available on most pieces, across metro Atlanta. We quote it when we call you about your hold, so you know the number before any money moves.

What the quote depends on

  • Distance. Duluth, Johns Creek, Suwanee, Berkeley Lake, Norcross and Peachtree Corners are the short runs. Lawrenceville, Sugar Hill, Buford and Alpharetta are a step further. Inside the Perimeter and the south side are further again.
  • The piece. A nightstand is one person. A sectional is two, and sometimes a truck rather than a van.
  • Stairs. Ground floor with a straight run in is the base case. Flights, tight turns and lifts with a booking window all add time, and time is what you are paying for.
  • Assembly. If a piece needs putting together at your end, say so when we call and it goes in the quote rather than becoming an argument on the doorstep.

What is included as standard

Delivery into the room of your choice on the ground floor, blankets on the piece in transit, and the packaging taken away if there is any. Stairs and assembly are agreed in advance, not decided on arrival.

What we need from you

  1. Your doorway, hallway and stairwell measurements. A delivery that cannot get through the door still costs us the trip. Take the four numbers in the measuring guide before you book.
  2. A clear route and a clear destination. Move what is in the way first.
  3. Someone over 18 at the address for the whole window, who can sign for it.
  4. Parking. Gated communities, permit streets and controlled lifts need arranging by you, in advance.

The order of operations

  1. You find a piece and tap Hold this piece. That sends a request. It does not lock the piece and it does not take a payment.
  2. We call you. We answer questions about the piece, and if you want delivery, we quote it then.
  3. The hold becomes real once we have spoken and the 10% deposit is received — cash, Zelle or card, in person at the warehouse.
  4. We schedule the delivery slot.
  5. The balance is due at pickup, or before delivery. No checks, and nothing is paid online.

The full version of that, including what happens if a hold falls through, is on the FAQ.

Areas we cover

Metro Atlanta, centred on Gwinnett and north Fulton. In practice that means Duluth, Johns Creek, Suwanee, Berkeley Lake, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Lawrenceville, Sugar Hill, Buford, Alpharetta, Roswell, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Doraville, Tucker, Lilburn, Snellville, Dacula, Braselton and the areas between them. Further out is usually still possible — ask, and we will quote it or tell you plainly that collection makes more sense.

Why we do not ship

Because every piece here is a single physical unit, freight damage cannot be fixed by sending a replacement — there isn’t one. Crating a sofa properly costs more than the discount that made it worth buying, and shipping it uncrated is how a good piece becomes a claim. Local delivery, in our own hands, is the version of this that works.

One thing worth knowing

Because stock is one-of-one, a piece can go on hold the same morning you planned to drive out. Check the item page before you set off, or ask us to hold it first. It costs you nothing and it saves the trip.

Common questions

Do you deliver furniture in metro Atlanta?

Yes, on most pieces. Local delivery covers Duluth, Johns Creek, Suwanee, Berkeley Lake, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Lawrenceville, Sugar Hill, Buford, Alpharetta and the wider metro Atlanta area. It is quoted per piece on the phone rather than as a flat fee, because distance, the size of the piece, stairs and assembly all change the job. Collection from the Duluth warehouse is free.

How much is furniture delivery from Duluth, GA?

It depends on distance, the size and weight of the piece, whether there are stairs or a lift, and whether assembly is needed at your end. We quote the exact figure when we call you about your hold, before any deposit is taken, so you never find out the cost after committing.

Do you ship furniture out of state?

No. Every piece is a single physical unit, so freight damage cannot be fixed by sending a replacement — there isn't one — and crating a sofa properly costs more than the discount that made it worth buying. Everything is collected from the Duluth warehouse or delivered locally around metro Atlanta.

See the floor

Everything we have is listed with its own photographs, its condition grade and its price. One of each — when a piece sells it comes off the floor rather than being restocked.
